Will my subscription plan automatically renew?

Yes! 

Your subscription plan automatically renews itself for you at the end of your chosen subscription term.

When will my subscription box be billed?

It will be billed on the same of the month your subscription term is supposed to renew. 

For example: 

– If you signed up for a Monthly Subscription Box on November 18, the next time you will be billed is on the same day of the following month. On December 18, your subscription plan will automatically renew and your payment will be taken. 

– If you signed up for a 3-Month Subscription Box on November 18,  the next time you will be billed is in three months. On February 18, your subscription plan will automatically renew and your payment will be taken. 

– If you signed up for a 6-Month Subscription Box on November 18,  the next time you will be billed is in six months. On May 18, your subscription plan will automatically renew and your payment will be taken. 

– If you signed up for a Yearly Subscription Box on November 18,  the next time you will be billed is in on the same day of the same month in one year time. On November 18 of the following year, your subscription plan will automatically renew and your payment will be taken. 

 

Can I cancel my subscription plan?

Yes!

Cancel it anytime and your subscription plan will end before its renewal.

On the left hand side of the page you will see the option to “Cancel my subscription” 

Ideally cancel your subscription at least 2 weeks before its renewal date to guarantee its cancellation. If you stumble upon trouble, do not hesitate to contact us by email at ohmask.help@gmail.com 

 

Please keep in mind that if you cancel your pre-paid subscription, we will continue to send you the Masboxes which you have already paid for.  Cancelling your subscription only ensures that your subscription will not renew in the future. 

 

When can I cancel my subscription plan?

We ship our Maskboxes at the end of every month. Hence, to cancel your subscription plan in time, cancel it atleast 2 weeks before your subscription plan is supposed to renew. 

Can I reactivate my subscription after I cancelled it?

Yes of course!

 On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the option to “Reactivate” any inactive subscriptions you may have. 

If I cancel my subscription, will I receive a refund?

No!

Cancelling your subscription only prevents your subscription plan from renewing in the future. If you cancel after your plan had successfully renewed, we will still send any Maskboxes you have paid for prior to the cancellation.

Can I subscribe anytime?

Start by choosing a subscription plan which best suits you here 

Just make sure to subscribe before the 20th day of the month to receive your Maskbox at the beginning of the new month 😉 

When will my subscription box ship?

We ship at the end of each month so that your Maskbox will come to at the beginning of each month. 

We will send an email once your order is shipped! 

When will I receive my subscription box?

At the beginning of each month! 

How do I know which month I am signed up for?

All you need to do is log into your account and check over there!

What happens if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

Please keep in mind that during holidays or inclement weather conditions, it may take longer for the delivery service to get your package to you. Please allow 3-5 extra business days for delivery during these times. 

If you do not receive your package within 30 days of shipment notice we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

However, we will not replace your package if:

–  You entered an incorrect mailing address (please double check all details you have entered before checkout) 

We are not responsible for packages that are not received due to incorrect address.

Which countries does OH'MASKBOX ship to?

At the moment we ONLY ship to countries in Europe.

But, we are currently working to expand this. Expect international shipping in the near future!

Please keep in mind all shipping costs are covered for our subscription Maskboxes. 

Please be mindful of any international custom duty fees which may apply. We are not liable for these extra charges. These may include – custom fees, COD’s, duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with the shipping or receiving of your order. If an international order is refused or undeliverable for any reason, the package will be abandoned at customs and we will not replace nor reimburse the product(s) or shipping fee. Please research your country’s custom fees before placing an order.

How do I change my shipping address?

All you need to do is log into your account here and change your details there.

Make sure to save all your changes! 

What do I do if I received a damaged product?

Please send us a picture a long with your order number of your damaged product to us by email at ohmask.help@gmail.com 

If approved, we will replace your item free of charge. If your item is out of stock, we will offer a replacement or refund. 

Please keep in mind that damaged item requests places after 14 days of receiving your package will not be acknowledged. 

How can I gift a Maskbox subscription?

Can I return my package?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not accept returns on unwanted or unusable products from subscription Maskboxes. 

However, products bought separately will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date on unused and unopened products only. We are not responsible for shipping costs for returned items. Please note that any return requests after 30 days of the delivery date will not be acknowledged.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card payments. 

What happens if my payment is not processed for my subscription?

If your payment is declined or there is an issue with processing the payment for your Maskbox subscription, your subscription will not successfully renew. We will send you an email with a notice about your account expiration. You will be given 7 days from the first failed payment to update your card information before subscription expires.
